At GreenPath Seeds, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality vegetable, herb, and flower seeds to help you grow a thriving home garden.
We want you to have complete confidence in every purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines when and how refunds or replacements are provided.

Seed Quality Guarantee

All our seeds are carefully packed, tested for high germination rates (90–97%), and stored in proper conditions to maintain quality.
However, since germination depends on several factors beyond our control (such as soil type, temperature, watering, and care), we cannot guarantee 100% germination or plant success in every environment.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below:

  • Products must be new, unused, and unopened

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Any product that has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Window

  • The return window is 3 days from the date of delivery

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the same 3-day return window, provided the item meets the return conditions.

Return Method

  • Approved returns must be sent to a designated drop-off location

  • Drop-off details will be shared by our support team once your return request is approved

Fees & Refunds

  • No restocking fees are charged for approved returns

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The product is not in original condition or packaging

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us promptly via email or WhatsApp.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Local Pickup & Pay-in-Person Orders

For local pickup orders, please inspect your products at the time of collection.
After pickup, we cannot accept returns or claims for damage.
